The Dog Days of Summer

Well, the summer has finally come to an end and cooler days are in sight.  I decided to stay in the cool comfort of the house most of the summer but as the cool fronts (90+ vs 100+ degrees) move in, I am resuming my patrols. 

Turns out, alot has changed this summer.  The "babies" (Millie and Lizzy) are now teenagers, walk on halters and are even getting ready for their first show!  The rest of the ladies seem to get slightly wider as each day passes...I overhead January kicks off another calving season so I guess I need to get back to work.
