....never get enough.  As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words and this one says it all.  Alex LOVES the dogs and cows...he might be Dudley's youngest fan!  Even though they don't know it, Dudley and Alex have alot in common....they both drool endlessly yet still manage to have fans almost everywhere they go!

A familiar face has once again stopped by MMH.....Decker is back visiting some of the girls.  He went to work almost immediately upon arrival!  Decker has a great personality, was nice to the little dogs and just look at that eye pigment!  I hear we're hoping for another Miss Mabeline out of Decker but only time will tell...

All of our lives changed when the true prince was born last September!  Almost every night the cows greet him with a happy moooo (yes, you and I know its because it means food is coming, but to Alex, the cows are saying hello!).  He enjoys surveying his herd and is looking forward to the final 2011 calf early next month!

It's that time of year again and the bulls are back to work!  Not surprisingly, TJ seemed happy....tonight I helped supervise as a hay bale and several of the ladies moved into TJ's field. 

It's been a busy week!  With the ongoing drought, hay was brought in for the minis last night...now, one migh question the need for this given this picture of Alice (YES - she has calved already!)....rumor has it later this week we are getting a visitor....stayed tuned for details!

Elvis certainly did leave a legacy and his name is Murphy! Look at this boy at just 3 months old, he is a tremendous calf!  The girls are looking good too and it could be an exciting show season this summer....

Well, its been awhile since we have updated the blog and the best news is we were able to celebrate Dudley's 6th birthday on May 4th.  In fact, while we know he is still sick, Dudley has been enjoying life....perhaps its the home cooked food or chicken he gets each day but regardless, Dudley is enjoying himself. While he is a mere fraction of his previous weight, Dudley still enjoys car rides, trips to the office and even to the lake!  Happy 6th Birthday, Dudley!!
