The best gift of all...

I have said it before and I will say it again....calving season is like Christmas - you never know what you might find under the tree!  Today, last year's show heifer, Lizzy, gave birth to a beautiful little heifer calf just after lunch.  Lizzy wasn't quite sure if she wanted to accept this new bundle but before long, she claimed the little girl as her own.  Our new girl took her first steps and seems to be doing just fine - her father TJ would be proud!
