 Delivery Day!!! As it turns out, Alice was closer than we thought. Tonight, as I accompanied the feed out to the cows, I counted the girls...and recounted...then again - sure enough, Alice was missing. A quick patrol found her in the barn with a newborn bull calf! She's a good mom and only stepped away briefly to grab some cubes before resuming her position at the door! It must be my regular visits or maybe my size, but I am honored to be the only dog Alice would allow near her baby!  look carefully behind momma Alice and you can see her son's white neck!
