Well, as I complete my nightly patrol, I can’t help but think the only thing as good looking as I am these days is TJ.  After his success in Houston and Austin, TJ is enjoying some rest and relaxation in the back pasture with Alice.  In recent weeks, he has developed a dark red coat - much like mine actually and that brings back the age old question....which bull is better - Elvis or TJ? 

As you may remember, Elvis won Grand Champion at the State Fair of Texas and in March, he had a beautiful little heifer calf with Shiraz (check out Millie’s photos)..... on the other hand, TJ has won champion or reserve in every show he has ever entered so the judges must like him too.  We’ll see his first calves early next year.  Ummm.....what do you think?
